Privacy notice
In short: the only personal data you actively give us is what you type into the contact form, and we use it to answer you. Hosting the site also means our provider logs your IP address for 30 days, as any web server does. We do not track you, we set no cookies, and we run no analytics or advertising.

What we collect, and why
When you submit the contact form we collect the name, email address and message you provide, together with your consent flag and the time of submission.
- Purpose. To read and respond to your enquiry, and to hold the resulting correspondence.
- Legal basis. Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the consent box, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Consequence of not providing it. None, other than that we cannot reply. You may email us directly instead.
We do not use your details for marketing, we do not add you to mailing lists, and we do not sell or share them with third parties for their own purposes.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and contains no analytics,
advertising or social-media tracking. The only data stored in your browser is
your language preference (English or Greek), kept in local storage under the
key pcw-lang. It is a functional preference, contains no personal
data, never leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time through your
browser settings.
Third parties and hosting
All fonts, scripts and images on this site are served from our own domain. Your browser makes no request to any third-party service when you view a page — no font service, no analytics provider, no advertising network and no social-media platform receives your IP address or learns that you visited.
The site itself is hosted on Google Cloud. That means the infrastructure serving these pages to you is operated by Google on our instructions, as our processor under a data processing agreement — which is a different relationship from the third-party content described above, where the third party would decide for itself what to do with your data.
- Web hosting and delivery. The site is served as static files from Google Cloud Storage, delivered through Google Cloud Load Balancing and Google Cloud CDN. The files are stored in Google's EU multi-region, meaning they are held in data centres within the European Union. Serving your request necessarily discloses your IP address to this infrastructure, and request logs — which may include your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user-agent string — are processed for security, troubleshooting and operating the service. These logs are retained for 30 days and are not used to profile you, build an audience or target advertising. Provider: Google Cloud EMEA Limited / Google Ireland Limited, acting as our processor.
- Contact form storage. Submissions are stored using Google Firebase Realtime Database (Google Ireland Limited). Data may be processed on Google infrastructure; Google acts as our processor.
- Outbound links. Pages we link to (for example greece20.gov.gr or gameride.eu) have their own privacy practices.
Google is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and our agreement with Google incorporates the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, which cover the limited cases in which support or security operations may involve access from outside the EEA.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to handle your request and to maintain a record of our correspondence — normally no longer than 24 months from your last contact — after which they are deleted.
Hosting and delivery logs, which may contain your IP address, are kept for 30 days and then discarded.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect processing already carried out).
To exercise any of these rights, email info@primecognition.org. We will respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Greek Data Protection Authority (Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα), www.dpa.gr.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to submitted enquiries is limited to Prime Cognition personnel who need it in order to respond.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and revise the date shown above.
