On the roadmap
Planned capability, not yet available. Timing and scope on request.
-
Bound to the procedure register
Each form declared against its entry in the national register of administrative procedures and its MAK identifier, so what the form asks for cannot drift from what the register publishes.
-
Once-only retrieval
Evidence the state already holds is pulled through the Interoperability Centre’s web services rather than demanded from the applicant a second time.
-
Cross-border evidence
Requests and responses over the EU Once-Only Technical System, so an applicant from another member state is served by the same procedure rather than a paper exception.
-
Digital identity wallet
Identification and attribute presentation from the EU Digital Identity Wallet, which public services must accept from 2027, alongside national eID.
-
Delivery to the citizen’s mailbox
Decisions and certificates issued straight into the applicant’s gov.gr mailbox and wallet, instead of being posted or collected in person.
-
Fees in the flow
Electronic fee payment attached to the application itself, so a charge does not push the applicant out to a separate service and back.
-
Statutory clocks
The legal deadline for each procedure tracked per case, with published figures for volume and processing time.
-
Accessibility conformance
Forms and generated documents built to EN 301 549 and WCAG 2.1 AA, with the accessibility statement the public-sector directive requires.
